Karen Villamazar

Karen is no stranger to cycling success. She began cycling on fixies, tried track cycling on velodromes, and was encouraged by her regional federation to pursue road racing, riding her first Vuelta a Colombia Femenina in 2020. In 2023 she earned 2nd on stages 1, 2 and 3 at Vuelta Guatemala Femenina. She also landed 4th GC overall at both Vuelta Colombia and Vuelta Costa Rica where she won Stage 2. Karen excels at balancing her busy cycling schedule while also working as an Industrial Engineer
