Gus is a former pro cyclist who transitioned into managing and directing teams after his 20-year competitive cycling career ended. His dual passion for cycling and travelling has led him to direct teams and races all over the world. Previous stints as director sportif include professional teams such as Rally, United HealthCare, Garmin-Chipotle & Aerospace Engineering. In his off time, Gus enjoys spending time with his family in his native Guatemala, where he now resides.
